Becoming a BGLC Member
Are you a Wotjobaulk, Jaadwa, Jadawadjali, Wergaia or Jupagaulk person, 18 years or older, and would like to become a member of BGLC.
Any adult person (18 years of age or older) who is descended from one of the following 'apical ancestors' is entitled to become a member of BGLC. (Apical Ancestors Rule 3.1, Schedules A, B & E):

Memberships require the approval of the Family Director and Board endorsement. Our Board meets monthly, if you need assistance to complete the application form please contact your Family Director or contact us at BGLC 03 5381 0977. Please note that we cannot provide family research services.

Confirmation of Aboriginality (For Children up to the Age of 17)
As of 18 January 2019, Confirmation of Aboriginality Certificates are only available for Members. When filling out your Membership Application form, please ensure you check the box requesting the Confirmation of Aboriginality for any Children up to the age of 17 if you require one.
Alternatively, requests will be accepted by phone, email or in person from members.
