Expression of Interest
As part of the Murray Basin Rail Project, we are seeking an artist to develop a public artwork for an agricultural design that will be featured on a freight locomotive.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) document provides information on the requirements for the artist to make a submission. Submissions need to be entered by 11:59pm 6 November, 2023 via the online EOI

Evaluation of submissions will be based on the following selection criteria:
• Demonstrated understanding of the Artists Brief
• Response to themes
• Authenticity and originality
• Quality of work
• Experience delivering art projects and working collaboratively and capacity to work with project design and technical teams and stakeholders
• Primary residency or can demonstrate a strong connection to the north-western Victorian region (the highlighted area on the Murray Basin Rail Project scope map on Page 5). Further information follows to assist in making an Expression of Interest.
